Comments:
Finally a solid steady run! Felt nice and conversational. Quite a nice temperature despite it being a little chilly. At the end my left shin was hurting a bit but other than that I felt all good. Also did about half an hour of strength work this morning. Ab routine (45sec) planks (45) plank leg lifts (15 per side) and squats workout. Twas good
