Exercise Type: Run
Weather: cold with periodic squals
Comments:
1 Loop of QV on the trails (started with JC and another guy but picked it up to catch up to CC as we hadn't run in a long while.
Then we all met up back at the parking lot. Most people walked up to Bannerman Park but I jogged. There we did two rounds of core work to strengthen up for the season. A few weaknesses were exposed; I really need to work on upper body strength.
Fun workout.
