Block Work

Comments:
Made it late because of class so I jumped into the warmup post-run. Got loose on the drills and tech mech and then grabbed my spikes for some block work.

1 set each blocks and then falls. 40, 50, 60, 50, 40. Coach Wright had a bunch of helpful tips and using spikes helped so much with the blocks. The victorys aren't made for block starts but they're a lot better than trainers.

Hamstrings feel good, grades a bit less so :/
