Been a while since I have done this loop. The trail was closed for a while but now its open and Station Rd is closed. Ran in the evening right after getting back from Interstellar. An interesting movie. Has some real nail biter parts and the concepts were really trippy. It was really boring in the first half, and some of the science seemed like total bullshit and took away from the atmosphere. Still worth seeing it reminds me of Inception a lot. As we were leaving, a girl turned to her friend and said "Did you know that the movie is scientifically accurate? Wow!" That ruined the entire movie for me... Anyways went out on the run and I was thinking so much during the movie that I was a blank slate on the run and didnt think about anything. It was nice. Really dark out and legs felt good. Went short today since I didnt fully digest my sushi from lunch.

Essentials: Stretch, stick roller

Quick stretch and stick roller when I got back. ITs felt good today and ankle was fine. The stick roller was out so I just used it.
