Gym was empty today! Or at least I think it was. Didnt have my glasses on and I couldnt really see much haha. Good workout today though. Workout was
3 sets of:
Seated DB Shoulder Press x15 (20 lbs)
DB Side Raise x5 (20 lbs)
3 sets of:
Straight Leg Deadlift x10 (50 lbs)
3 sets of
Medball Circuit (12 lbs)
The medballs were the toughest part. My fore arms were really sore during and after, but didnt bother me on the run back. Really liking the deadlifts working my back. That helps a lot with form while running.
