Morning training run

Comments:
Woke up at 6am (!) and decided to get out for a run before the heat settled in. Ran down the hill and to the track. Ran a few laps to try to feel what 7:15/mile pace feels like with my new stride. That's what I need to run for the half marathon on Saturday.
