Comments:
Glad I came home yesterday. Snow storm swooped in. It snowed most of the day but it wasnt that bad only like an inch. Its still warm out so everything on the sidewalk is just slush. It was blowing around and made it kinda hard to see though. Ran up to the footbridge, across Stewart, and then up to West Ave right along Libe Slope. The hills were brutal, havnt done any hills at all really in a while. I took them without thinking about it and just barreled up them. By the time I got to the top, I was pretty tired actually. It was all downhill on the way back, just kinda slipping and sliding. Ran down University, Court and Albany back home. Pretty short run getting ready for the Turkey Trot tomorrow. A little late for my first hill run though... Overall legs felt good after not running past few days.
Essentials: Stretch
Really simple quick stretch when I got back. It was hard to get in a lot of good ones. Legs are kinda tight though.
Run was a bit longer than 3.5 but its hard to tell with all the hills.
