Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran in the afternoon after just chillin out today. Ate a lot for lunch, and I still felt really full before running. Once I got into it my stomach felt ok. Legs were heavy today, slogged along. Had to go to the bathroom so I took a pit stop at the high school. On the way back, felt a little quicker, but legs were still awfully heavy. Came back home up around the police station and the hill felt strong. Shoes were good today, even though there was no snow on the sidewalks. Feel kinda clunky though will take time to get used to.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretched when I got back. Legs real sore afterwards. A good stretch helped but they feel tired. Good considering I have been getting in a lot of consecutive running.
