Comments:
First proper workout of track. Haven't done a Graz workout before, so this was kind of a change in the way of doing things. Couple mile warmup, followed by another mile of alternating drill/accelerations. Mile to the track for 6x400m @tempo pace. Felt pretty darn good, not too difficult either. First couple at 83, then 82, 77, 77, 78?. Not sure on that last one. For the stride count on 4 and 5, 115, then 114.
