Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Stayed on campus till dinner then ran from the parking lot. Had some stomach issues this afternoon that carried over to the run. Just hella gas but I kept going along. Legs felt good today. The fields were really dark and treacherous at times. I took it easy. All the little animals were scaring me though as they ran in and out of the bushes. I couldnt really see much, so I just assumed everyone was a bear or cougar or timberwolf. Once I got back onto solid ground, started to pick it up a little. Hit a ledge weird and my ankle got a little tight, then I ate it jumping over a guard rail. Got up and just kept running, but the pain in my leg balanced out the pain in my ankle, so that was all good. Coasted into the rec center to lift.
After lifting ran back up to the parking lot and drove right home. Long day and I was tired. Following the current trend, my headlamp seemd to just break when I got it out of the locker. The cap that holds the batteries in snapped off. Got it held together by a rubber band at the moment, but now I know what I want for Hanukkah (or Christmas if Santa is feeling generous).
Essentials: Stretch
Really short stretch when I got home. I had so much shit to carry in I got kinda flustered and I just wanted to sit down. Legs sore now, got to stick roll later.
