Run to the Rec Center

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Dry today but still pretty cold. Most of my running clothes were dirty and wet so I had to pull out some stuff from the bottom of the basket. Felt ok heading out. Went through town. I heard that there were some protests going on near the police station and I wanted to see them, but there wasnt much going on when I ran through. Ankle and Achillies still tight starting out but they loosened up enough. Legs kinda heavy but for the most part I was cruzing along.

After lifting, legs were real sore and I started out slow through campus. There were some other runners I got stuck behind, so I sped up to pass them, then just held that pace home. Felt much better on the way back.

Essentials: Stretch, stick roller

Stretch and stick roller while watching the end of the Browns game. Havnt really seen them play that much this year. Legs tired at the end of the workout. Got in more days and miles this week then I have been recently, which is good.
