Really empty today. Had all the room! Workout was

3 sets of:
Standing DB Shoulder Press x10 (20 lbs)
Benchdips x10
DB Bicep Curls x10 (20 lbs)
PBDKLBLKBBKD x10 (20 lbs)

3 sets of:
Straight Leg deadlift x10 (60 lbs)

Havnt done PBDKBDKDBDLLDB in a while, and I could feel that. Bumped up on the weight for deadlifts and it felt really good. It was tougher, but I got a good lift there. Keep practicing at that and keep moving up in weights.
