Comments:
Did Bob's 5 min interval bike workout...but on the step mill. It was brutal.
6.39 miles (6:36 pace, what up)
307 floors (48.04 floors/mile; 7.266 floors/min)
6 min warmup (2@10, 2@11, 2@12) then 7 repeats
first 4 were: 16-15-15-14-(12-10ish)
last 3 upped the levels by 1 for hard part.
last 1 of those i crashed about 30 sec into the 2 minutes of 16, so i continued @ 15 for 1:30, then cranked it up to 16 and finally all the way to 20 (stepped up, not just jumped) for the last 15-20 seconds or so (thats why i went 15 sec long)
