Best workout I can remember in a long time! Goal pace was 6:25, what I actually hit to follow:

4 x 1 mile at LT pace goal 6:25
actual splits: 6:04, 5:54, 5:51, 5:45
2 min rest between each
10 min c/d
Pretty awesome workout, felt badass and actually really enjoyed it. These are the days that remind me why I run, and I really needed this today.
Considering I got about 3 hours of sleep yesterday, have not been eating well and am under a lot of stress because of finals, I would say today gets a big A+
