4 200s at 39 2 400s 1:20. 600- 2:04.2 400s at 80, 4 200s 39 or faster. Did the workout on the turf. Today was just hard and the conditions of the cold and running on the turf didn't help. But I'm proud we were able to still hit close to the times and the distances needed. Definitely put a hard effort today. My calves and shins were really tight, going to cross train tm
