Comments:
Didnt plan out running today, but in the afternoon I felt jittery and had a headache, so I knew it woul be a good idea to fit something in. Went right before it started to get dark out. Nice route Had a good pace. It was freezing out today, but my half zip was just enough layers. Hills were tough today, including the downhills because they were slippery.

Essentials: Stretch

Light stretch, legs feel about as tired and sore as they did yesterday. Havnt felt in very good shape the last few runs, like my legs have a hard time recovering. Still some miles are better than no miles.
