Exercise Type: Run

Weather: ~40 degrees, Chilly

Comments:
After taking a road/off day yesterday it was time to get back to it. Totally misread Graz's email though. I skimmed it, saw "lift", and interpreted that as strength training, so I left it off to look at more in depth until after the run. Apparently he uses lifts to be synonymous with fartleks, but that one's on me.
Ended up doing basically the same thing as Tuesday but with success this time. Bit of a lighter warmup, then "brisk" the rest of the way. Went very well, got my fresh shoes, and everything felt fine. Except for the fact that the sun was in my face for the first two miles of the run. That was a little rough. Also didn't actually get a time on it. Need to remember to use my watch in the future.
