So I violated the training schedule again due to an honest miscalculation. On the bright side it made for a quality run: 31st, 26th, Glebe, Lee, Lorcom, Nelly Custis, Military, 31st again. I felt great for the first half, but a little defeated on the hills at the end. I gave myself lots of mental pep talks and thought about the team. 3x20 pushups, 1:15 planks, 15 leg lifts per position, 20 clams.
