ran a 5k in 20 min, 6:30 average pace for whole run
not my best, dropped a lot of time from frist to second mile but third mild was a little slower than the second, so that was kinda disappointing

not my best workout, not my worst but not my best once again
really disappointed in how i let myself eat over the last couple weeks of being home. excited to get back on track though with eating clean - going to really focus in on the quality of my diet
... and yes i have eaten a few cookies today, and plan on having a piece of apple pie BUT i have eaten healthy and as long as I get my nutrients in I think this will be ok
