Weather: ~50 degrees, Cool

Comments:
Long run day. Woke up with a super sore/stiff back and an aching foot. I rolled out my foot a bit, and it felt better. But my back still hurts, and I still haven't found a thing that really takes care of it. Run went really well though. Big contrast with yesterday. Felt really relaxed and effortless, and a bit faster pacewise than last week.
