Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Nasty weather today. It snowed most of the day actually, but it was a light dusting. I had to come home to help Nick's "fiance" Briana into the house. I actually fit in the whole run before she arrived. Ran out to the Rail Trail, conditions were shit it was basically and ice rink. Cut up to Pratt Field, then over to Lincoln and Amity and Pleasant and a loop around campus. Conditions were tough made for an on and off pace, but I felt pretty good. Cut up knee was fine as well. Not great mileage though.
Essentials: Shoveling, stretch, roll
Started shoveling some snow and spreading salt out as soon as I got back. Its cold and the driveway is super icy. Its a little bit of cross training though. Who needs a crossfit membership for $100/ month when you can run and shovel snow? Stretch was ok but it was after running so my legs are pretty sore.
Little less than 3.5 but I rounded down yesterday
