Did 10 minutes of warm up. There were two different schools using the indoor track today, so I had to weave between alot of people during my workout. It was a very difficult workout. I split the 400s into 3 different sets of 4 to make it up to 12 without killing myself. I tried to keep pace at 34 second 200s but that was pretty tough. Estimated time
