Ski Practice

January 7, 2015 (Night)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: cold, some snow,

Comments:
Hill workout with the END program gang and confed hill

30' warm up light jog
5' of ski strides on hill in zone 2
15' in zome 3
5' in zone 4

10' cool down followed by about 8' of core. Debatable whether this was a good workout for running but I was definitly hitting my V02 max by the end.

Almost lapped everyone. Wait till we get on skis
