Comments:
Workout day. 4 mile tempo out on MLK. I woke up this morning feeling the early stages of being sick, so I wasn't sure how today would go. Turns out not really well. Bad footing in addition to this didn't help. But I got it done, near the target heartrate, around 168. After getting back, there was a whole bunch of additional stuff to do. Step ups, pushups, pullups, jumprope, sled, and medball. This felt like a lot to do on one day. I think I prefer to do medball on easy days, so that should help deal with that. Also not have to do like 100 pushups in one day too.
