Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Dark and icy out tonight. The sidewalks are all solid now. I made my way up to the track thinking I could run there, but that was a sheet of ice as well! I walked out on it a little and broke a lot of the ice which sounded really cool. Made my way down to the trails and just ran around them for a while. It was creepy, I legitimately got pretty lost out there I had no idea where I was. Luckily I just kept running forward and eventually made it out to the parking lot. Ran around and came back on the Rail Trail, which was also really icy and not in very good condition. Tired when I finished up, legs just wanted to rest. Its tough running on the icy paths. Still felt refreshed overall today.
Essentials: Stretch, L7
Good stretch and L7 while fixing the stupid cable box. I was really hungry when I got back, maybe thats why I felt so tired. I am going to have to get used to running on the treadmill I think. Gonna try it tomorrow. I hear the gym is packed though with undergrads now trying to do their news years resolutions. Happens every time. Ankle felt really good today.
