Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I fixed my Garmin! That really made the run fun, but it was slo. The first mile i was jogging around to my neighbors house to drop off some invitation. The first two miles were very slow, but the final one was 7:16. Decent.

My knee felt kinda weak. It didn't hurt at all but it was weak. I did 4 strides afterwards on my neighbor's yard.

I strectched my quads and i felt a little tug in my knee. Which is a good thing, because doing that stretch can help loosen my knee up. Yay!

Tomorrow I plan on running 5 at Nashotah park. 2 or 3 will be bare foot.
