Shorter but pretty effective lift. It was pretty busy actually. Lift was

3 sets of:
Seated DB Shoulder Press x15 (15 lbs)

3 sets of:
Straight Leg Deadlift x10 (50 lbs)

3 sets of:
Medball pushups x10

Pushups were the toughest. Havnt done them in a while and my arm strength is way down. Good deadlifts though. Im wondering where the scale is in the gym. I really want to check my weight. I think its in the locker room but I keep forgetting to go use it.
