Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
3k race in 10:53, 2nd in heat (slow heat tho)
Could have won the heat if I were mentally stronger in the second half. Just have to work on holding a pace and getting faster throughout instead of slower. Pain is weakness leaving the body, so when pain comes I should speed up, not slow down!
