inside, 50 min on treadmill and 10 on indoor track
7:30 pace with last 10 minutes faster
weighed myself at the rec center and i am officially 129 pounds. yikes. knew i gained weight but not that much. good thing i'm meeting with the nutritionist tomorrow. glad i weighed myself because i needed that wake up call, just need to tweak a few things with my diet and i know the weight will fall off
