I did not get everything in and had to finish things at home because they had to close the building at six o'clock; any time there's a little cold precipitation everyone loses their mind.
2x15 squats with 50 pounds+bar (almost died trying to put the bar back after the first set, thank you, Silas)
2x30 box steps with 2, 10-pound plates
Pull-ups: 6, 4
3x25 pushups

1 minute six inches, flutter kicks
3:30 prone plank
