Comments:
Doing nothing today was out of the question, but another 45-minute run in the Arlington hills the day before this hyped long run with Anthony and the Bug and an ankle that has just (knock on wood) started feeling normal again, would not really make sense. I passed the time on the bike by counting to 3000 and then foam rolled in addition to stretching.
