First day in my new shoes and it felt like I was running on a cloud compared to what the guide's had become. I warmed-up and stretched, then did 4 miles. The first 2 was at 6:40, the 3rd at 6:27, and the 4th at 6:18, then 6:00, then 5:00 for the last 200. Then I did a half mile cooldown.
