Comments:
Started this long run after work happy that I was actually going to get it in before the sun went down. Ran a mile and my calves were just really hurtin. I'm pretty sick of this happening so I figured I would just cross train for the day and try and let them rest. Drove to the gym which appaertly closes at 4 on Sunday's for God knows what reason. Basically did nothing today
