Comments:
2 X 4 laps, 3, 2, 1 with JK and the two young boys.

I felt the two of us were awesome (JK was particualarly strong on the 3 lap interval) but those guys NEED to be sat down and taught how to do a proper workout.

Maybe this was a little intense for a "recovery period" workout but it did feel great to move like this. The breaks were generous anyway.

I hope we do this one again in a month.
