Rec Center Treadmill

Comments:
Went to fit in a run at the Rec Center in the early afternoon. I usually dont run at this time, but it was kinda nice. I was worried I wouldnt digest my lunch in time, but it was fine after I started going. Gym was really packed, it seems like people come and go in waves during the day. I got a treadmill and started out easy, but picked it up along the way, every half mile or so. By the end, I was really rolling felt in a good rhythm right around 6:00 pace. Its just that the treadmill is really boring because you dont go anywhere. I can hit the pace, I just feel weird holding it. Went 4 on the treadmill, then switched over to cool down on the track. I had that post treadmill tunnel vision and it was really weird going around the track. Went slowish, just trying to shake it out. Hammy was kinda tight at points today, but it held up.

Essentials: Stretch, L7

OK stretch and L7 afterwards. I was pretty tired and wanted to get back to work, so I showered quickly and went back to Conte. I think the early afternoon treadmill works out well, I could do it a few times a week, especially since the sidewalks are still snow covered.
