Despite having a couple of days to recover, I was still wicked sore from Tuesday's workout. The tightness migrated from my calves to my hamstrings, so that made everything tougher.
6x30m sprints, 2x400 around race pace, 8x55m bounds, another 400 sub race pace, then a couple miles for mileage.
Again, the sore legs made everything hurt, so I didn't feel like I was able to get my legs going at all. Even had to cut the bounds short, we were supposed to do 12, but we all agreed that was way too many. Probably should have had extra mileage at the end, but at that point I just felt completely wasted and tired, so I cut it off there. Did get the strength in though.
