Rec Center Treadmill

Felt good to get a workout in after taking many days off. Went to the gym around 2. My stomach wasnt quite settled, but I went for it anyways. Started out right on the treadmill. It was crowded I am glad I got on one. Started out slow, but picked it up every mile or so, cutting down from 8:00 min to low 6:00 min pace at the end. It looks really crazy to run 10.5 mph on the treadmill. Had some music this time. Busted out my old Ipod Shuffle with a sweet mix on it, which is basically the THPS soundtrack from the first 3 games. Did the last mile on the track, at a cool down pace. Ankle was really really tight when I started, actually hurt to run but I kept at it. At the end it felt pretty good actually just had to get it warmed up. Legs felt good otherwise I felt pretty smooth.

Essentials: Stretch, L7

Just a quick stretch and L7. Felt fine. Was pretty tired afterwards, mostly because its been a while since I got this much exercise. Felt great though. Sweat a lot, and havnt really felt that since it has been so cold out. Weighed myself afterwards in the locker room, was around 158-159. Since counting calories I have lost close to 9 lbs. I guess it works if you just pay a little attention. Nice!
