lets see i dunno what to say ha....
well this race was the running leg of a team olympic distance triathlon. my uncle put together a team and needed a runner so i ran it for him haha. i was told it was a pretty flat course but there were three hills one of them they added the night before the race haha. it was my first 10 k race i've done and my goal was to get about 45 minutes so i guess three minutes off isn't too bad. it made me kinda mad that there was this really old guy like 65 years old who beat me but he was a freaking beast!!!! he got like thirty something i think haha
