To Conte and back

Tired and got to catch up on sleep. Pretty chill morning. Everyone went down to Chicopee for lunch, and I ended up being home all alone... Odd, but it gave me time to run into lab and take my samples off the spinner. Run up was nice had a decent pace, had to dodge clueless people taking up the entire sidewalk. Also, the small skating rink up near the Triangle is open and people were skating on it. Its no Duck Pond, but still kinda cool. When I got to Conte, the zipper on my running pants broke. It took me a long time to get them open again so I could get my keys. Broke up my run substantially. After doing my lab stuff headed back home through campus and Lincoln. It was pretty snowy at that point, Winter Storm Pandora started to show up. It also got cold. My face was freezing and the footing was bad. I just wanted to get back. Took my time to make it back safely since my ankle was feeling kinda tight.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll

I got back right before everyone else got back from lunch. Just a standard stretch and roll. ITs have been tight past few days, and I fit in a fair amount of miles this week actually. Feels good but I am still feeling cold and constricted by the snow. Supposed to be above freezing outside tomorrow, honestly cant remember what that feels like.
