Comments:
After the crunch progression for 30 seconds with 20 supermen, and 50 pushups (20, 30), Zeke and I did the first tempo run of the season and by extension the first hard workout of the year. We took Wisconsin to Somerset to the CCT, started tempoing after 12 minutes of warmup, kept a solid pace for a little more than 2 miles down the CCT until turning around and concluding the tempo right before the bridge, and running steadily back the same way. For the majority of the run I was in zen mode and not worried about anything except the next step. During the last mile, however, I did not feel so good. Pleased with the tempo as a whole.
