Exercise Type: Weights

Hit the weights right as I got in. Pretty empty I bet everyone was really hungover. Started with back first then went to upper body. Workout was

3 sets of:
Straight Leg Deadlifts x10 (50 lbs)

3 sets of:
Seated DB Shoulder Press x15 (15 lbs)

3 sets of:
Med ball series x15 (12 lbs)

Havnt done med balls in a while and my form wasnt as precise as I would like it to be. Otherwise the back workout felt good. Still want more exercises to do to work out that area.
