Comments:
This morning was so beautiful! I was a little tight from my tempo run but that felt good, because it meant I ran hard:) I ran the 8 miles at an easy/recovery pace- and then at the end (last 1/2 mile) I practiced speeding it up a bit. 9 min of core 3x30 leg lift and arm swings.
