Comments:
I ran with Tristan, Slim, Lightning Thief and Kravitz, Wisconsin to Western to Connecticut to Macomb to Wisconsin to school. I felt strong and much more in control than yesterday, even on the climb up Macomb. We sped up for the final mile, but overall a steady effort. At the beginning of practice we did clams, 20 supermen, 60 crunches, and 30-second flutter kicks. I did 1-minute six inches, flutters and scissors, three sets of pushups (10, 10, 20) and 75 Russian twists with a medicine ball with Sahil.
