Comments:
I ran with all the distance boys plus coach through AU park and then in the neighborhood off Western Ave. We went up Mass, down Jamestown Street then returned to school via the Geico trail, Fessenden and River, with a sprint up Albemarle and two striders on the Freeling straightaway. We had a boys team meeting about how we are going to regain our 150 lost points. Crunch progression with 40-second intervals, pushup progression with three of each kind (3x27).
