Got out the Door at 1 A.M., Saturday morning, but I am going to do a run durining saturday afternoon/evening so I count this is as Friday's run.

Ran with Ben. I planned on doing 4 but with strides and one lap on the track, it ended up being 4.55 miles. The strides were barefoot of course. TIme for bed.
