The gym has people in it again! Nice to see all the kids back from break putting in work. After trying to take my shirt off, hit a nice all around lift. Workout was
4 sets of:
Straight Leg Dead lift x10 (50 lbs)
3 sets of:
Goblet Squats x10 (25 lbs)
4 sets of:
Standing DB Shoulder Press x10 (20 lbs)
Bench Dips x10
Felt like it has been a while since I got in a good lift. Felt the burn and tried to push myself. Really felt the focus on my back, which is good. Didnt dilly dally around much went in and got it done. Glad I got some space with all the people there.
