Puffers Pond

Comments:
Fit in a nice run with Cromer today. It's been a while since we got together and went for a run. Went to the ghetto locker room at Totman and started from there. Headed up to puffers pond on the normal route. It was freezing cold this morning but actually felt kinda like spring in the afternoon. The sun was out at least. Felt good today always feel better running with someone. We held a pretty smooth pace throughout. Nice break from the hustle and bustle of lab. Just got so much going on I really needed a nice little run.

Essentials: Stretch, L7

Stretched outside while Cromer went into use the body shop. I don't have access there to I had to sit out in the grass. Nice stretch though enjoyed sitting on the ground, which I havnt been able to do in months really. Legs felt very good after stretching.
