Comments:
Spring break practice. I did a wandering run down Klingle through the Kent neighborhood with Zeke, Kravitz, Sahil and Coach. There were not a few hills, but I felt okay. Eight striders, heel-toe walks, 3x1-minute crunches, 3x25 supermen and pushups (30, 25, 25, 10).
