I tried to avoid "stretching the skin."
2x15 squats on Smith machine with 70 pounds
2x1:30 arm swings with 2.5-pound weights
2x15 standing hip flexor leg lifts with 35-pound plate
4x30 pushups, plus 15 diamond
Pull-ups: 6, 5
2x100 crunches
30 sit-ups on the declining bench
