splits were a little random. I am kind of disappointed that i went so slow on the last one, I know i could have at least been in the 12:20s. Ugh. Sometimes when coach runs with me I go slower and I don't know why. I am just going to use it as fuel for the fire to KILL Friday's tempo and fartlek! Hard work pays off, if there's one thing I know. I just need to work hard. Up the mileage a bit. And I'll be back to dominating again.

Overall, though, I AM really proud of myself for doing this workout because it is definitely the longest workout I have ever done. I was the only one on my team that did 3 two mile repeats. It's workouts like these that will help me kick ass at the 5k!
